skills. In collaboration with our clients we agree specific

Exit strategies are also designed in conjunction with client
objectives and, depending on the project, may require the creation of
a team including lawyers, accountants and merchant bankers. Our role
is to construct the team, develop the strategy and coordinate the
project.
